Hanover Shoe Company

The turn of the twentieth century was a time of great industrial expansion for the United States. The then small town of Hanover, Pennsylvania was home to a thriving shoe industry. Out of all the shoe manufactures in York County, one grew to be the largest and most successful, the Hanover Shoe Company. This website is dedicated to a once great company that helped to shape and build an entire town.
